Doing a Great Job

I have a hard time keeping up with an exercise group when there is a very precise number of steps that must be done. I get a bit confused with what the directions are, and feel that I make a right fool of myself, especially if I am in a tiny group. Which is exactly why I have completely fallen in love with the classes of Zumba NY I am now exercising in weekly. I love the energy, and that is why I have never given up and worked alone. But there is just something so sensual and full of life in the dance, that makes it feel like there is absolutely no pressure to be exact in my movements. I get a great workout, and I feel that at the end of the day it is a full body one that will leave me sore the next morning. And when I wake up feeling like that, I get really proud because I know I did a great job.

Is the New Billy Blanks Workout Program Any Good?

I was definitely curious to find out if the new Billy Blanks PT 24/7 workout program delivered the same amount of quality as his Tae Bo videos did for me. I really loved those workouts for a few years until I inevitably became bored with them. That is to be expected from all of the home workout programs, you can only do them so long until they start to get old. In my experience a good program is one in which you can do every day for a couple of years before wanting to buy another. I am not one of those people who like to buy every program on the market, I like to buy one really good one every couple of years and really try to get my money’s worth. I’ve not started the intermediate yet, but I am enjoying the beginner a lot that I would buy it if I hadn’t already. It Went from the Best Each Day to the Worst

I went to the beach last weekend with some my friends. All in all we had a really good time. While we were there we ran into a group of girls that were visiting here from Canada. The majority of them were okay but there were a couple of them that were just drop dead gorgeous. When I went out to talk to them it seems like I was hitting it off okay with one of them. It seemed like she thought everything I said was funny, and that we have a lot of things that were in common. This was setting itself up to be the best trip to the beach I have had all summer. About 10 min. Into our conversation along comes some other guys who apparently came with them from Canada. When I saw these guys I knew from the get go I had no chance all of them were ripped. They were in extremely good shape. While I under the hand was the very definition of the word string bean. Walking away dejected I only had one thought in my mind how to get ripped.
