We Think Change Management Consulting Can Deliver for Us
My boss thinks it’s time we found a Change Management Consulting firm with solutions that can get things done. I am inclined to agree with him. What we’re looking for is customer loyalty and customer relations management. We want a comprehensive approach with the customer at the center of the focus. We think it is all part of our strategic vision. Because of the economy the way it is, there is a limited amount of marketing dollars to acquire new customers. We spent the money in the past, and they have bought from us. Our goal is to keep them loyal to our brand. We don’t want them buying from the competition. After talking to the consultant and having a sitdown between me, the vice president and them, we are all on the same page. We want better customer satisfaction and better delivery in contact centers. We think Change Management Consulting can get that for us.
